3. Hosting and Management Plans
We offer optional ongoing services:

Resolution of operational issues
Premium Management Plan – $257.99/month

Includes everything in Basic Plan

Ongoing content updates (e.g., menus, services, pricing, text changes)

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to clients.
4. Payments
All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, including hosting and website access.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and any necessary materials required for website development and maintenance in a timely manner.
6. Revisions and Updates
The scope of revisions depends on the selected package. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProsperVal Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, hosting and maintenance services will cease unless otherwise agreed.
